This Privacy Policy explains how Feliz LLC (“Feliz LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when you use our mobile games and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Some Feliz LLC games use third-party software development kits (“SDKs”) for advertising, ad mediation, analytics, attribution, crash reporting, fraud prevention, and performance measurement.

Not every SDK listed below is used in every Feliz LLC game. The exact SDKs used may vary by game, app version, region, platform configuration, consent status, and product requirements. A particular game may use only some of these providers, and the SDK configuration may change over time.

These providers process information under their own privacy terms and according to the way the applicable Feliz LLC game is configured. Their role may vary depending on the service and applicable law.

Where required by applicable law, we will request consent before enabling personalized advertising, non-essential analytics, attribution, or similar tracking. Users may also have privacy controls available through Android settings, Google services, individual providers, or in-game consent tools where implemented.

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law in the user’s jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age.
